Training:
Treats - We recommend only using natural, single ingredient treats for training.
Slip lead - Our favorite type of leash. When used correctly slip leads are a great training tool to prevent leash pulling and other unwanted behaviors.
Collar - Long lasting, reflective collar. All of our cavaliers wear this collar :)
Leash - Reflective leash to match collars.
Raised Dog Bed - Good for “place” training.
Treadmill - We use this treadmill to exercise all of our Cavaliers when its too hot or rainy outside, etc.
Feeders and Bowls:
Favorite Slow Feeder - This is the one we use for all of our cavaliers.
Slow Feeder - Slow feeders are a great way to encourage dogs to work for their food. They are great for raw feeding especially as they can be frozen providing a way to burn excess energy or stay busy.
Kennel Bowls - These bowls can be hung on the inside of the crate to ensure water and food does not get spilled.
Kennels:
Wire Crate - We highly recommend crate training your cavalier. Crates are a great way to provide your puppy with a “safe” space to relax, or sleep overnight or when unsupervised. All of our cavaliers love their crates and jump into them happily when its time to go to bed. Crates are also good for feeding edible chews (such as air-dried chews and treats) and food to keep spaces clean.
Play Pen
Bed - Cavaliers love sleeping on couches and beds. This bed is a great way to provide something similar while they are in their crate.
Toys:
Adult Kong - Kongs are a great way to keep dogs busy. Stuff with raw food and freeze overnight for a long-lasting busy toy.
Puppy Kong - While puppies are learning how to use a kong we recommend using the puppy type as it is softer and easier for them to work with. Puppies can also receive the Kong frozen but it may be easier for them to use with thawed food. Both adults and puppies should use the size medium.
