Boarding:

All of our Cordial Cavaliers are welcome back at any time for boarding/daycare whenever needed. We do not have a seperate “boarding facility” and only offer in-home boarding. We have a large yard where our dogs get to run, play and explore in a pack environment. When the weather is poor we also have an indoor dog treadmill for those Cavs that need to burn some extra energy with a walk! To keep our dogs confortable and safe, we utilize large crates overnight or when leaving the house. We will feed any and all supplements and food that you provide for your dogs (we’re very used to add-ons for all our cavs :) We can also store raw-food in our large dog food freezers if thats what your Cav eats.

Requirements:

  • Dogs must be spayed or neutered if over 12 months of age

  • Must provide food, bowl, and a crate if they use one

Boarding/Daycare: $50/day

Training:

Training is available for all Cordial Cavaliers. We focus on dog psychology and train in a way that is natural and easily understood by all dogs. Whether your struggling with potty training, over exitement, basic obedience, or leash skills, we can help! Training services are only available to dogs that are boarding with us. Videos of training sessions are available upon request, as well as complementary one-on-one training sessions to go over everything that was taught to your Cav!

Topics that will be covered with training: potty training, crate training, sit, stay, down, off, come, heel, loose leash walking, go to kennel on command, wait and leave it. Other topics such as overcoming certain fears, off leash work, impulse control, and patience can also be worked on per request. Training can begin at any age.

*Please note that all dogs learn at a different pace and desired outcomes are based on the duration of time the dog has stayed with us, and the work owners put in at home.



Recommended Board and Train duration:

Introduction to basic training: 2 weeks

2 weeks will allow for a solid foundation to be established in: potty training, crate training, leash skills/loose leash walking, recall, sit, wait, stay, leave-it, down, up and off.

Perfect basic training: 4 weeks total

An additional 2 weeks (or 4 weeks total) will give us enough time to reinforce and perfect all basic training skills as well as correct additional behavioral issues or complete specific training requests.

Board with training: Additional $50/day

*For first t ime board and trains, $50 is taken off for training on the first day as we will focus on allowing your Cav to settle in and get used to a new environment without putting any additional stress on your dog by jumping straight into training.

Bath Only: $20 (Shampoo, conditioner, ear cleaner, full brush out)

Full Groom: $50 (Includes: shampoo, conditioner, full brush out, de-matting, ear cleaning, paw/ear tidy, nail trim, conditioning spray, and optional full haircut)
